These Booking Terms and Conditions apply to all travel services, consolidated ticket issue operations, and flight arrangements booked with FindCheapFlight (owned and operated by Airbeas Travel). Please review these terms carefully.
FindCheapFlight (owned and operated by Airbeas Travel) operates as an independent booking intermediary between passengers and operating carrier carriers. When you purchase tickets through our flight agents, your transportation contract is governed directly by the carrier’s own Terms and Conditions of Carriage. FindCheapFlight acts solely as an agent in the ticketing process.
It is the passenger's sole responsibility to ensure that all traveler names, titles, and dates of birth match passport records exactly. Carriers treat spelling updates as complete name alterations and reserve the right to deny boarding or demand passport correction fees. FindCheapFlight is not liable for errors in spelling provided during phone calls or inquiries.
A flight booking is not final until full payment clears and tickets are officially generated on the GDS system. Many wholesale consolidated airfares are non-refundable, non-transferable, and subject to carrier change fees. Your agent will explain individual ticket rules before completing your payment clearance.
All flight packages, flights, and travel arrangements sold by FindCheapFlight are financially secured. Upon payment clearance, your ticketing coordinator will issue an official booking protection confirmation. This details your financial protection coverage and claim options.
Luggage allowances vary by booking class, destination country, and individual carrier policies. Standard checked bag limits and cabin baggage size guidelines will be detailed in your invoice. FindCheapFlight is not responsible for excess baggage fees applied at check-in desks.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any disputes arising out of bookings processed through our desk shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
