This Refund, Cancellation, and Booking Changes Policy details the guidelines, timelines, and structures governing bookings made via FindCheapFlight (a trading name of Airbeas Travel Ltd). As an independent travel agency, all flight bookings are processed and ticketed in accordance with operating airline rules and conditions.
1. Refund Policy
All refund requests must be initiated through our customer service desk. Refund eligibility is strictly subject to the guidelines of the operating airline:
- Many consolidated wholesale and promotional flight fares are designated as non-refundable by the airlines.
- If the airline rules allow for a refund, our agency will coordinate the request with the airline. The review and processing timeline by airlines generally takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
- Once the airline approves and credits the funds back to our agency account, we will issue the refund to the passenger's original payment card.
- Please note that card payment processing charges and direct agency administrative fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel a confirmed booking, please contact our support hotline at 020 4514 8591 immediately.
- Cancellations are subject to the operating airline's cancellation fees and fare rules.
- In addition to standard airline penalties, Airbeas Travel Ltd charges a standard agency administrative cancellation processing fee of £50 per passenger ticket.
- For flights cancelled directly by the airline due to schedule disruptions or safety parameters, we will assist you in acquiring credit vouchers or processing refunds in line with the carrier's standard operating rules.
3. Booking Changes & Modifications
If you need to make changes to your ticket itinerary (dates, routes, or passenger name corrections):
- All changes are subject to flight availability, airline terms, and fare differences.
- Airlines charge change fees based on the class of service. In addition, any difference in fare between the original ticket and the new flight must be paid at the time of modification.
- Airbeas Travel Ltd charges a standard administrative change fee of £35 per passenger ticket for managing and reissuing modified bookings.
- Please note that passenger ticket names are non-transferable under standard airline guidelines. Major corrections may require a complete ticket cancellation and re-booking.
4. Airline Fare Rules
During the search and comparison process, our travel coordinators will explain the fare rules associated with your chosen ticket class. It is the passenger's responsibility to understand the differences between economy, premium, and business cabin flexibility. Ensure you review the fare rules summary before authorizing payment.
